Seyyid Emrullah Hamdi Cilalıoğlu was born on September 17, 1999 in Istanbul, Turkey. He completed his high school education in Istanbul. He graduated from Bursa Uludağ University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2022. At the beginning of the university, he was awarded a grant with the project he applied for in the field of entrepreneurship.  He established the Ombudsman Community at Uludag University with the decision of the KDK affiliated to the TBMM parliament. He contributed to the dissemination activities of the Ombudsman Institution, which has assumed the duty of mediation between the state and the citizen. In this community, where she is interested in human rights, animal rights, women's rights and rights-seeking activities, she has also carried out many projects to support the social and career development of young people. For example, for the first time, it has prepared a project in partnership with the Turkish Ministry of Interior and provided university students with the opportunity to examine the Turkish Governance Structure on site by traveling to Ankara, our capital city. Between 2021-2023, he provided management consultancy to many associations and teams, trained managers and served as a coordinator in various projects. On August 15, 2023, she founded the Social Equality and Rights Studies Association. She introduced European Union opportunities (Erasmus Plus, Volunteering Activities etc.) to young people. Especially in the erasmus plus projects she participated in, she ensured that many young people benefit from these opportunities and become aware of them with the importance she attaches to dissemination activities.
